Outside shading system
1:The outside shading system can improve the environment of the greenhouse by adjusting
the light intensity. When the greenhouse is exposed to intense sunlight, the use of shading
network with shading effect, so that most of the sun can not be directly illuminated to the
greenhouse, to avoid burning crops after strong light.
2:Skeleton includes (column,beam, longitudinal beam) electric reducer, external shade net,
black curtain cord, black pressure cord, drive shaft, drive shaft, ull frame rack push rod,
support hanging wheel,drive side aluminum alloy profile,positioning Retaining ring,weight plate and corresponding connection fittings. All steel parts are hot dip galvanized and have good outdoor rust and corrosion resistance.
3:The transmission part is composed of a geared motor and supporting components,and
the power is output through a geared motor and a transmission shaft connected thereto.
4:The shading net is made of high-density polyethylene, UV stabilizer and anti-oxidation
treatment. It has the advantages of no off-line, strong wind resistance, UV protection,
anti-aging, good flatness, etc., and its service life is more than 8 years.

 

Cooling system
Cooling pad is installed on the north side of the greenhouse to ensure that all incoming air passes through the cooling pad and then into the greenhouse environment. The cooling pad surface likes wavy .This shape allows the air to be in limited contact with the surface of the cooling pad.The pump will hit the water at the top of the cooling pad,a small hole that flows through the entire wet curtain. Thereby reducing the temperature of the air itself. The cold
air flows through the greenhouse, absorbs the heat in the room, and is discharged through
the fan to achieve the purpose of circulating cooling.
The wet curtain is usually installed at the northern end of the greenhouse and the fan is installed at the southern end of the greenhouse. When it is necessary to cool down, the fan is activated to force the air in the greenhouse to be forced out, causing a negative pressure; at the same time, the water pump hits the water on the opposite wet curtain. When the outdoor air is sucked by the negative pressure, it passes through the gap of
the wet curtain at a certain speed, causing the water to evaporate, cooling the cold air flowing through the greenhouse, absorbing the heat in the room, and discharging it through the fan, thereby achieving the purpose of cooling.
