Outside Shading System
Excess UV and sunlight will be blocked by the shade netting system to prevent plants from sunburn in the greenhouse and to reduce costs and regulate heat. The shade system can be installed inside and outside the greenhouse with 55%, 65%, 75%, 80%, 85% and 99% shade for external shade netting, secured by connectors and external shade steel frame.

The system applies evaporation theory.
When the pump pumps water to the cooling pad, the hot air outside is pumped by the fan and passes the cooling pads at the same time; the water vaporizes from the pads and cools down the temperature in the greenhouse. The system consists of paper cooling pads, water circulation system ,exhaust fan and aluminum framework.
The lower humidity weather is, the better the effect of the cooling pads will be.
Wet pad was installed at one end of the greenhouse, the suction ventilator installed in the other end. When the air in greenhouse is needed to cool down, the control system of fan will start, the indoor air is forced out and build-up the negative pressure; At the same time, the water pump water the wet pad. The negative pressure cause the indraft through the wet pad , leading to evaporation and cooling, then the cold air flow through the greenhouse, absorb the indoor heat, so as to achieve the purpose of the circulating cooling.
